14 Day Money Back Policy

Any claims for a damaged/missing/wrong product must be returned within 14 days of arrival of product in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiating a return:

To initiate a return for a purchased product the customer must:

          1) Request a refund with Maximal Effort via pmd.maximaleffort@gmail.com

                      This email must include:

                                 a) First and last name

                                 b) Order number

                                 c) Item(s) requesting to return

                                 d) Reason(s) for returning item

         2) Once we receive your request we will respond back approving or denying your request. If request is accepted,                         you will need to ship the product to Printful’s return address marked on the package within 14 days.

         3) When the package arrives you will be refunded for your purchase.
